TERMS OF SERVICE
GENERAL TERMS○ i have the right to reject any commission order and you are not entitled to my reason. most likely i will tell you but if i dont its none of your business○ prices will vary depending on the complexity of the commission. sometimes i round down numbers for fun depending on several aspects (if youre a recurring customer, if youre someone i know, etc), i will never round up. dont ask me to change my prices, i will not change them for you.○ all drawings will include a small signature somewhere unoticeable.
> you may not remove that signature.PAYMENT
○ i accept payment in USD through Paypal. i can potentially look into different payment methods, but that is never guaranteed○ All commissions must be paid half after we settle on an initial sketch, and half at the end of the commission.
> i will send you a low resolution of the commission with a watermark and will send you the high res no watermark version once you finish payment.PROCESS AND DELIVERY○ i will notify you when I have started on your commission, and you may not ask for a refund once we settle on an initial sketch (see below for refunds).○ you may ask me for progress images once we have settled on an initial sketch. however it is possible that i make no progress for a while because i am lazy ( i will get it done within the time frame do not worry )
> do not ask me progress sketches every day. there will be no progress and i will be annoyed.○ you may NOT use progress images in any way.○ you may discuss deadlines with me, but please allow me at least 2 weeks of work time.○ you will receive the full image without watermark once it is finished!! i can send you the piece via email if you would like (because of twitter compression). with your permission, i will usually post your commission with a large watermark on my twitter. you can tell me if that is something you do not want.REVISIONS○ i will only change small things such as accessories on the finished product. any major color changes / design changes should be changed during sketching phase.
> if you want something major that you were satisfied with before changed after the work is done, i will charge you extra (unless i made a mistake in communication)
> i will not change anything for you after 2 weeks of time lol. this is to avoid you asking me to fix up your work because i draw better now than i did two years agoCOPYRIGHT○ i (the artist) have the rights to my drawing. you (the buyer) do not obtain the rights, even upon completion. i am allowed to use the drawing to promote myself, and display it whenever i wish to.○ you (the buyer) must give me explicit credit, and you are allowed to do the following:
> use the commissioned piece for personal use
> if an Original Character (OC), claim the character as your own, but not the work itself
> use the work to promote yourself on social medias (eg: Youtube, Twitter, etc)The following is considered copyright infringement:
○ using the work in a commercial way / make money off of it in any ways
○ claiming the work as your own
○ removing my signature from the work
○ altering the work without consentNFTs○ DNI if you do NFTs and are looking to turn my drawing into one youre cringe. i will not allow you to commission me and will stop working if i find out you engage in NFTs.REFUND/CANCELLATION POLICY○ you will not be entitled to a refund once we agree on an initial sketch○ i will refund you fully before the agreement of an initial sketch, whether if it is because i cannot work on it anymore, or if you want to cancel it for any reasonif you (the buyer) go against any of the points listed above, you will lose all aforementioned rights to the commissioned work done by me (the artist) and i will have the right to use the commissioned work in any ways i wish.
